Color

All of our bags are handmade and hand dyed by artisans from Madagascar.  There can be slight variances in color.

Shipping and Handling

All products are shipped via UPS Monday-Friday.  Once your order is received/confirmed it will ship in 1-2 business days, unless the item is back ordered (noted when placing order).  Handling is 1-2 days, shipping proceeds handling time.  ALL shipping cost are by weight and destination.  We do require valid street address, NO PO Box numbers.  Juliana Raph always ships to the mailing address provided at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

International shipping requires longer shipping times (4-6 weeks).  These shipments vary according to the international shipping address.  Note that duties, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Check with customs of your country to determine what the additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

Return/Exchanges
